User Interface Simplicity

We have spent years perfecting and simplifying our user interface from version to version. Anything that is on the user interface is explained and is very intuitive. We have spent a great deal of time making the navigation simple for you. We are proud by the fact that most of our users never require a help file for the explanation, because most of the explanations already appear on screen in the form of descriptions and hints.

Any function that we could automate, is automated. Any error correction and check that we could do, is being done. All in an effort to simplify it for our users.

Easy navigation

Find your way around our software easily. Simple and elegant tree, shows all your available options at one glance. Most of the common functions are summarized in the top toolbar for ease of access. Hints and descriptions allow for fast and easy grasp of what each function is all about.

Skins

Our interface is always the same on all versions of Windows and you can choose how it will look like by applying one of the many available skins.

Help is never far away

New to the program? Don't know something or just need help resolving a problem? Not a problem! Just click one button and we will assemble all the necessary information to reproduce your situation. We will zip up your log file, your configuration and even a screen shot of our program. You just need to enter your email and a small description of a problem that has occurred or a question that you have. Our software automatically sends all this information to our support center, where it is routed quickly and efficiently.

Using the information collected, we will be able to quickly restore your environment on our end and fully reproduce your problem. Fast and easy. It is just like being there.
