Message Templates

Message templates represent email messages you wish to send in form of actual messages where you use macros linking certain places in the message text with the actual data stored in the recipient fields of your customer database. When you start sending, these macros will be replaced with the actual data taken from the database on fly, and every recipient will receive a personalized message in a form as if it was sent to him or her personally. You can use several message formats including plain-text, rich-text and HTML message formats.
